Top-quality toilet facilities are key to every fan’s matchday experience. We provide funding to help clubs deliver clean, accessible, and well-maintained toilets that meet legal standards and The FA’s Stadium Accreditation Criteria.

  • Clean, adequate facilities: Enough toilets for men, women, and disabled supporters across your ground.
  • Accessible for all: Every club must have at least one fully accessible toilet with clear access near viewing and refreshment areas.
  • Inclusive design: Include baby changing units and consider all visitor needs.
  • Segregated areas: Each zone must have its own dedicated toilets.
  • All toilets must be clean, lockable, well-lit, and clearly signposted, meeting Building Regulations Approved Document M.

Grade Requirements:

  • Grades 1–4: Two sets of toilets (one separate from the clubhouse).
  • Grades 5–6: Clubhouse toilets are sufficient.

Funding applies only to permanent toilet facilities. Each area must include:

  • Wash basins with running water
  • Hand drying facilities
  • Adequate lighting and signage
